Terms of Service
Effective: 2026 • Academic Community Protocol v2.0
Learnix is a free, student-driven academic repository designed to facilitate collaborative learning and exam preparation. Use materials ethically, contribute verified notes when possible, and respect academic integrity across all university departments.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Honor Code
By accessing or utilizing Learnix University Academic Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and adhere to standard university academic honor codes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Non-Commercial Educational Purpose
All study notes, question papers, handwritten solution walkthroughs, formula cheat sheets, and syllabus guides indexed on Learnix are provided strictly for individual, non-commercial, educational revision. Reselling or paywalling content obtained from this repository is strictly prohibited.
3. Contributor Ownership & Copyright Material
When submitting exam questions or study guides through the Contributor Portal, you represent that the material was created by you or shared under permissible academic fair-use guidelines. Learnix respects intellectual property rights and promptly processes removal requests for restricted testing documents.
4. Platform Integrity & Fair Use
Users agree not to engage in malicious scraping, denial-of-service attempts, unauthorized tampering with Firebase backend rules, or automated flooding of the submission queue. We reserve the right to revoke contributor and moderator badges for violating actions.
5. Academic Disclaimer & Service Availability
While our student moderators strive for verified accuracy across all solutions and question banks, study handouts are provided on an "as-is" basis. Course syllabi, grading policies, and exam formats are subject to official university departmental directives.
6. Updates & Revisions to Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect new academic features or platform governance rules. Continued use of the platform following updates represents your agreement to the revised terms.
