Educational use, community guidelines
Learnix is provided exclusively for educational purposes. By using Learnix you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful, educational activities
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or degrade platform services or other users
- Not upload, share, or link to harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Respect intellectual property rights of resource creators and copyright holders
Learnix reserves the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that breach these terms without prior notice.
Accounts & Roles
Viewer, contributor, admin permissions
Learnix has three user roles, each with specific permissions:
- Viewer browse resources, vote, comment, report, request, and save items
- Contributor submit new resources, manage a public profile, track submission status
- Admin full moderation access; approve/reject content, manage users, view analytics
Admin decisions on moderation, approvals, and role changes are final within Learnix platform policy.
User Submissions
Your content, platform rights
When you submit resources to Learnix, you confirm:
- You have the right to share the submitted material (creator, fair use, or explicit permission)
- The content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or third-party rights
- Learnix may display, modify, promote, and remove your submission to maintain platform quality
- You retain ownership; Learnix does not claim copyright over user-submitted content
Prohibited Actions
Zero tolerance violations
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
- Impersonating administrators, contributors, or other users
- Attempting to access admin panels, databases, or other users' data without authorization
- Submitting spam, misleading links, malware, or auto-executing scripts
- Manipulating ratings, votes, or analytics through bots or artificial means
- Harassing, threatening, or doxing other platform users or contributors
Limitation of Liability
As-is educational use
Learnix provides content and services on an "as-is" basis for educational support:
- We are not liable for accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of user-submitted materials
- External links and third-party resources are not endorsed or controlled by Learnix
- We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Firebase, hosting providers, or network issues
- Academic decisions made based on Learnix content are your sole responsibility

Policy Updates
How we communicate changes
Learnix may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves:
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes
- Significant changes may be announced via the platform changelog or site banners
- Continued use of Learnix after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the new terms
- If you disagree with updated terms, please discontinue use and contact us for data deletion
